One of the most enchanting Italian villas in Tuscany, beautiful estate dating back to the 15th century situated on the hills surrounding the charming town of Cortona. This property comprises a stone farmhouse and two smaller outbuildings all of which nicely restored with all their original architectural features preserved and tastefully furnished with some antique pieces.
Like all the Italian villas in Tuscany, the property, which has been turned into an independent accommodation, is quietly located and enjoys charming views over the surrounding landscape.
Distances: Tavarnelle di Cortona with food shops 500 m, Camucia with all kinds of shops 2 km, Cortona 3 km, Arezzo 30 km.
The beautiful ancient Italian towns of Pienza, Perugia and Siena are within 50 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is reachable in approx. 15 minutes from the villa.
At guests’ disposal: nice garden furnished with garden furniture, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 15/10) for the sole use of guests, gazebo, table tennis, mini volley ground ( net m 6,50 x 1), 2 swings, barbecue and bread oven. 2 Highchairs (for free)Covered parking within the grounds.
