MAIN DESCRIPTION Nice complex in Chianti, with pool, for rent. A villa comprising 3 buildings recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into 6 apartments and a small independent villa. The property for rent is situated in panoramic location on the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino region. Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away. At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds. Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). Baby bed available on request (€ 30,- / per week payment on the spot). Extra bed available on request ( € 80,-/ per week, payment on the spot) Shared laundry (€ 8,- / per washing) at guests' disposal.

General Property Comments
The villa was top class and the owners were very friendly.The pool was amazing, and even the BBQ was great.The villa was spotless when we arrived and we had clean towels on each bed, then at the end of week one a new batch of towels and sheets arrived it was great. The area was great and the locals were also very friendly.There are lots of great places to eat and the prices are very cheap but the quality of the food is top class.The villa was even better then the website showed.The kitchen was really big with lots of pot and pans and glasses.Both bathrooms we very clean and had lots of space. We got lost trying to find the Villa but the owner drove out and met us and showed us the way back. Each room was great and each bed was very comfortable.
