Horse-back riding facilities, a tennis court and a covered swimming pool are within 10 km, S. Albino with spas 20 km. A country-side road passes 50 from the villa away. The access to the villa rental is via an asphalted road.
At guests' disposal: large private garden equipped with tables, chairs, sun-beds and table-tennis, swimming pool (5 x 10 m - maximum depth 1,5 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10) set in panoramic location, beautiful Jacuzzi tub, large gazebo with some sofas, panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, bread-oven and barbecue.
