The beaches of Cecina are reachable in a one-hour drive from the villa.
At guests' disposal: small furnished garden with Barbecue (one for each apartment)and shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,7 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) situated approx. 200 m from Ulignano 3.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Shared laundry available. Pets are allowed.
