MAIN DESCRIPTION Charming small house in Tuscany, a villa with private swimming pool recently restored situated in the country-side surrounding the lovely little town of Bolgheri, reachable by driving through a splendid century-old cypress alley. Beautiful extensive views over the surrounding landscape and over the Tyrrhenian coastline are afforded from the property. The house offers cosy interiors furnished in a rustic style, typical of Tuscany. Distances: Bibbona with all kinds of shops 3 km, Cecina with excellent restaurants 7 km, the small town of Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Livorno 40 km, Volterra 50 km. The nice sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona are only 5 km away. At guests’ disposal in the villa: large, beautiful, fenced garden furnished with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue. Parking within the grounds. Extra services: on request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€ 50,- / per week). Maid service available by arrangement € 12,- / per hour to be paid locally.

General Property Comments
Charming small villa with beautiful gardens. The pool was great for kids as it was not too deep and it was cleaned daily by the owner. Many lovely places to explore nearby – Populonia is well worth a visit. There are also many nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing family holiday here. Comfortable villa in beautiful garden and grounds. An ideal base for exploring Tuscany, but head inland rather than for the coast. The villa is located in grounds with a vineyard and olive groves, and has sea views from the main bedroom - could have made more of this in the description.
