MAIN DESCRIPTION Umbria villa in a beautiful stone farmhouse, recently and tastefully restored, situated in quiet and panoramic position with wonderful views on the hills surrounding Gubbio. The villa owners lives now and then in an independent house in the property (not in August). Distances: food shop 3 km, Gubbio with all kinds of shops 12 km, Perugia 35 km, Assisi 45 km, Florence 200 km, Rome 230 km. At guests’ disposal: large and private garden fully equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, swimming-pool in panoramic position (15 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Access to the property via a paved road. Parking within the grounds. Baby bed available on request (free of charge). Small pets are allowed. An excellent restaurant is 350 m walking distance. Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement at € 9,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot).
