Ideal for short breaks in Sicily! Splendid stone farm dating back to the XVIIth century, it was once in the middle of a large landed estate. It is about on 750 m upon the sea in a panoramic position and in absolute tranquillity, in the beautiful land of Madonie, between Palermo (120 km) and Catania (140 km).
This property is surrounded by a beautiful private ancient oaks wood and has a spectacular view on the surrounding country. The old granaries and the barns have been carefully restored respecting their original structure and have been transformed in a marvellous hamlet with 4 bedrooms, 4 apartments and large staterooms for events and ceremonies.
The furniture is extremely comfortable and very scrupulous. Within the property, there are also the main house (where the owners sometimes live) and an ancient barn where the owners have realised a large dining room with a patio for the hosts nearby.
Distances: grocery shop 2 km, the picturesque town of Petralia Soprana 10 km average, Cefalù (beaches) approx. 50 km.
The Madonie park, where it is possibile to organise beutiful excursions, is within a short distance. Moreover, it is possible to reach easily from the farm the small villages of Gangi, Castelbuono, Geraci, Polizzi, Sperlinga and Nicosia popular for their historic and artistic interest.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor spaces, beautiful swimming pool with an ancient roman stair (18 x 7,5 m – max deep 1,45 – open from 05/01 to 09/30) in a panoramic position, private equipped outdoor area for each apartment, pretty Italian garden dating back to the first half of the XVIIIth century in box wood and myrtles.
All the apartments are equipped with fly screens and some with air conditioning. The property is on a steep ground, therefore all the apartments have a descent stone stair at their entrance. A small restaurant is at guests' disposal.

| Villas Posarelli : un excellent service, un accueil chaleureux, des interlocuteurs très aimables et réactifs. Félicitations.
Casa Petralia : un site magnifique, des hôtes accueillants, agréables et qui font tout pour vous faire passer un bon séjour. Un logement très agréable, une grande piscine, des balades à faire autour de la propriété. On peut prendre ses repas sur place en prévenant un peu avant : c’est copieux, délicieux et à un tarif très abordable, comparé à ce que l’on mange dans les restaurants ailleurs en Sicile.
En conclusion, nous avons passé un séjour dont nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits, et nous recommandons chaudement l’agence Villas Posarelli, tout autant que les locations de Casa Petralia.
