Beautiful villa dating back to the 1100 with private pool situated in a quiet and isolated location on the gentle hills of the Chianti region, not far from the centre of Florence. This property, enjoying wonderful views over the surrounding landscape, was originally used as a guard tower but thanks to a carefully restoration work it has been turned into a lovely private villa offering elegant interiors furnished with antiques.
The outside areas as well as the swimming-pool are very well-kept and offer the possibility of a relaxing holiday. The most important art cities of Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa are in easy reach.
Distances: San Donato in Collina with all kind of shops 2 km away, Florence 15 km, Figline Valdarno 10 km, Bagno a Ripoli 7 km.
The golf course “Ugolino” is approx. 15 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private and equipped garden, private swimming pool easy accessible via a staircase (7 x 14 m – depth from 1,6 m to 3,4 m – open from 01/05 to 31/10), barbecue, sauna.
Washing-machine, dryer and ironing facilities available.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: maid service available by arrangement at € 15,- / per hour. Professional chef service for dinners (€ 50,- / per person in addition to food shopping).
Laundry service (€ 15,- / per hour). Electricity costs are included in the rental price up to 300 KW / per week, for a use over 300 KW, the cost will be € 0,70 / per KW. Internet Access.
Extra services included in the rental price: baby bed. 2 towels change, 1 linen change and cleaning service twice a week (3 hours a day).
Pets are allowed only on request (to be advised at booking confirmation).
Villa la Vista can be rented together with the property Villa Anna (a beautiful independent house with private pool) which is situated approx. 50 meters away for a total of 11/12 persons.
