Nice farmhouse recently restored situated in a quiet and panoramic location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. This house is nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan country style. The property is near to the historic Pieve di Propina, the largest Pieve in Italy, and is in excellent location for visiting the most beautiful areas in Tuscany.
The property is surrounded by a large private garden offering a swimming-pool for the sole use of its guests.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: the small village of Loro Ciuffenna with all kinds of shops 2 km, Terranova Bracciolini 4 km, Arezzo 26 km, Florence 55 km.
At guests’ disposal: large completely furnished garden, swimming-pool (11,5 x 5,5 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and wood-burning oven, playground for children.
The house is provided with mosquito nets and with an external laundry. Parking within the property. Pets are allowed.
Extra services: Maid service available on request € 10,- / per hour (to be paid locally).
Baby bed available on request free of charge. Heating € 4,- /per m3 (to be paid locally).
