The property enjoys nice panoramic views and is in ideal location for those who wish to be in walking distance to a town and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. The most important Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano are in easy reach.
Distances: a food shop is approx. 300 m away, the centre of San Casciano with all kinds of shops only 500 m away, Florence (accessible by public transport) approx. 15 km, Siena 45 km away, the beautiful little medieval town of San Gimignano 35 km.
At guests’ disposal: equipped garden with terrace, nice irregular-shaped swimming-pool (65 m2 – maximum depth. 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), shared laundry. Fast Internet available. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour (payment on the spot). On request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€ 30,- / per week) and an extra single bed (€ 100,- / per week) to be paid on the spot.

San Casciano is the perfect base for exploring Chianti area, Firenze, Siena. We were staying at San Casciano 3 and we couldn't pick better accomodation. Hassle free reservation/booking and pictures just didn't do justice to the property. Surrounded by olive tree garden yet close to all amenities. Highly recommended ! |

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im toskanischen Stil, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage in San Casciano ist ideal um Ausflüge nach Florenz, Siena,Pisa, etc. zu unternehmen. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein - das morgendliche Kaffekochen gestaltete sich als mühevolles Unterfangen, da der typisch italienische Kaffeekocher für 4 Personen viel zu klein ist. Sehr nett fanden wir auch den "Begrüßungskorb" mit Wein, Olivenöl, Nescafe, Zwieback und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Ganz dringend zu empfehlen wären auch Mückennetze, o.ä.! Wir waren zwar mit Autan und Insektenspray ausgestattet, was die toskanischen Mücken aber nicht wirklich interessiert hat...Dieser "Mückenterror" wäre der einzige Hinderungsgrund, nicht noch einmal nach San Casciano zu fahren (nach 5 Tagen sahen wir aus, als hätten wir Windpocken) |

Our stay in San Casciano was very nice. The apartment is the largest and most pleasant of which we have been so far. San Casaciano is an excellent location to visit Tuscany and its beautiful cities and nature. We liked everything, the region, the apartment and the hospitality of the hosts. The apartment is very close to the town (walking distance) but at the same time the apartment is located in a very peacefull place and you can relax just looking at the nature |

Beautiful appartment spacious and clean clearly loved and looked after by the owners. Good location for visiting all the top spots of Tuscany although a car and a good gps/sat nav needed. Owners very helpful and made our stay there a great experience! |

We were there for a family wedding. San Casciano was absolutely fabulous... would highly recommend... just looking for an excuse to go back again. Masimilano & Sarah were so accommodating, and helped the bride and groom in so many ways (translating, making phone-calls to service providers on their behalf) - Superb! |

Great!, thiere is no other word. Our host where so helpfull, even bringing in an additionnal wine bottel when the one we brought, on the pool side, was empty. Very nice location overlooking the a nice areas filled with olive tree and vines.Please take the time to visit the nearby town just over the walking bridge. Quite a nice surprise. |
