This property, once owned by noble Florentine families, comprises a main villa and several farmhouses which have been all restored and turned into 10 spacious apartments, all of which nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
A large outdoor area with terraces and gazebos surrounds the property and offers an ideal location to enjoy the Tuscan landscape. A nice garden and a large common area created by restoring an ancient barn are available and provide an ideal setting for arranging wedding receptions and special events.
The apartments nr. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are in the farmhouses and approx 30 m away from the main villa where there are the other 4 apartments (nr. 7, 8, 9 and 10).
Distances: Castelnuovo d’Elsa with food shops 3 km away, Castelfiorentino with all kinds of shops 7 km, Montaione 7 km, Castelfalfi (Golf Club) approx. 10 km away, San Gimignano 15 km, Pisa (airport) 35 km, Florence (airport) 45 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, beautiful swimming-pool (11 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), playground for children, large common meeting room (where the reception is).
Laundry with washing-machine, dryer and ironing facilities (€ 8, / per washing). Parking within the grounds.
All of the apartments are provided with mosquito nets. If requested at booking confirmation it is possible to join single beds and have double bedrooms instead on twins.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: the sofa-beds in the apartments # 3, 4 and 8 are available at € 30,- / per week, baby bed and extra bed available at € 30,- / per week.
Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week. The wine and olive oil produced on the estate are available for clients to be purchased.
