The courtyard area can be lit at night and is perfect for dining ‘al fresco’. The villa consists of a main house on two floors, plus an annexe in the garden.
Distances: the Versilia beaches are only a few minutes away, Pietrasanta with all kinds of shops and railway station 3 km away, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio with nice restaurants, nice shops and night-life are in short distance.
At guests’ disposal: small shared garden, private furnished outdoor area.
The main house provides air-conditioning and washing-machine. Pool towels are available.
