MAIN DESCRIPTION
Nice property comprising 4 apartments situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding Florence which is only 10 km away. All of the apartments have been recently restored and offers charming and cosy interiors furnished in a Tuscan style.
Beautiful views of Florence and the surrounding landscape are afforded. A nice shared swimming-pool is approx. 50 m away from the apartments.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
At arrival, the owners (who live on the property) offer to their guests some basic food items like milk, water, biscuits…
Distances: Villamagna or San Romolo with food shops approx. 1 km away, Bagno a Ripoli with food shops 6 km, Florence centre ca. 11 km, Siena 75 km away, San Gimignano 60 km, Pisa approx. 100 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
All of the apartments provides mosquito nets, satellite TV and internet connection (not ADSL). Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Extra single bed: € 50,- per week.
Joga classes can be arranged on request (payment on site).
Small pets are allowed by paying an extra price of € 100,- as security deposit.

| We have just returned home from an unforgettable week in San Romolo. The property was beautiful, the apartment well equipped and clean, the hostesses extremely friendly and helpful. We will return!

| This was a gorgeous place to stay nestled in the Florentine hills. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a typically Tuscan style. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. Even though we spoke on Italian, and she no English, we managed to communicate well enough. We were traveling with 4 young children 8/7/6/2 years, and they couldn't have been happier with the gorgeous pool and the beautiful olive groves that overlooked Florence and the Duomo. What a lovely place for us to explore Tuscany from and we couldn't have found more helpful and friendly hosts or lovely oil. Thank you |
