Charming stone farmhouse dating back to the 13th century comprising 3 apartments, situated in quiet and panoramic location amidst the Chianti hills. A fourth apartment is approx. 700 meters away from the main house and from the swimming-pool.
All of the units are nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style and offer extensive views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
A beautiful swimming-pool with solarium is available.
The access to the property is via un unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Mercatale with all kinds of shops 5 km away, the charming town of Greve in Chianti 10 km away, Florence (airport) 18 km, the medieval town of San Gimignano 40 km away, Siena 60 km, Radda in Chianti approx. 40 km, Pisa (airport) 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – open from 16/05 to 27/09), solarium and barbecue.
Laundry with washing-machine (to be paid on the spot). Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available on request at € 5,- / per day (payment on site). An extra person is allowed in Mercatale 1, 2 and 3 (for a total number of 6 guests) by paying an extra charge of € 10,- / per day (payable on the spot).
Washing-machine € 3,- / per washing. Linen and towel change is available upon request at € 5,- / per person / per change.
