The owners live nearby in a detached villa.
The access to the property is via 2,5 km of an unpaved road suitable to all kind of cars.
Distances: Molin Nuovo with food shops 2,5 km away, Monterchi with all kinds of shops 7 km, Arezzo 20 km, Anghiari 14 km, Città di Castello 21 km away, Siena 80 km, Florence 90 km, Perugia 80 km away.
Lake Trasimeno is approx. 65 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden set in panoramic location, private swimming-pool (16 x 8 m – maximum depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and covered terrace.
The villa provides mosquito nets, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, internet access, washing-machine and ironing facilities. Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available on request (free of charge).
Extra bed on request at € 30,- / per week to be paid on the spot. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour payable on site). Wood for fireplace € 15,- / per quintal (to be paid locally).
Telephone and internet are to be paid depending on consumption. On request it is possible to hire a double sofa-bed set in the suite living area at € 30, - / per person / per week. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service can be arranged on request.
