Charming stone farmhouse situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, only 3 km away from the renowned small town of Greve in Chianti. This property, offering a beautiful panoramic swimming-pool, has been turned into 2 nice apartments which preserve the ancient charm of Tuscan country houses.
All of the 2 units are tastefully furnished in a rustic style and are provided with a private outdoor area. This property is part of a large farming state where the owners have been producing excellent wines and olive oil since the 16th century.
The location allows to enjoy the beauty and the “tastes” of the Chianti area and at the same time to visit important art cities like Florence and Siena.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road not suitable for sports cars.
Distances: Greve in Chianti with nice restaurants and all kinds of shops 3 km, Florence (airport) 30 km away, Siena 45 km, San Gimginano 40 km away, Pisa (airport) 130 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area for each apartment, equipped garden with swimming-pool (7 x 15 m – maximum depth 2,7 m – open from 16/05 to 26/09) to be shared occasionally with the owners of the property.
Parking within the grounds. Washing machine available in each of the 2 apartments.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available on request (free of charge). An extra bed can be requested in San Pierino 2 by paying a supplement of € 80,- / per week (payment on site).
The wines and olive oil produced on the estate are available for clients to be purchased.
