The villa provides a charming panoramic terrace (accessible from the kitchen) with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.
On a lower level there is a beautiful private pool overlooking a valley.
Distances: Fabbrica with all kinds of shops only a few meters away, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 25 km, the nice town of Pontedera 23 km away, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Florence (airport) and Lucca 65 km, Livorno (beaches) 50 km away, Casciana Terme (with spa) 25 km, Siena approx. 70 km away.
The coastline area with nice equipped beaches in a in a 45-minute drive.
At guests disposal: furnished panoramic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining, garden, private swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area (12 x 4 m – depth from 1,2 m to 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10), barbecue, swing, table tennis.
The villa also provides satellite TV and air-conditioning.

Extra Services: Internet access available at € 15,- / per week (payable on site). Upon request it is possible to arrange dinner service, cooking classes, wine tours and guided tours (of the main art cities in Tuscany).
