MAIN DESCRIPTION
Welcoming private house with shared pool situated in a small hamlet of 5 houses, near the historical Castle of Montegufoni, in the heart of the Chianti region, only 20 km from Florence away. This house is nicely furnished, in a rustic Tuscan style and offers a charming furnished porch with panoramic views, ideal for al-fresco dining.
Distances: Montagnana Val di Pesa with a food shops and an excellent restaurant 1 km away, Montespertoli with general stores 5 km, Florence (airport) approx. 20 km (a bus stop with busses from/to Florence is about 150 m away), Pisa (airport) approx. 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished porch, panoramic swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – max. depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared with the other 5 apartments of the hamlet, barbecue.
Laundry with washing-machine and dryer. The house provides air-conditioning in the living-room and the main bedroom.
Private parking on the premises.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (€ 20,- / per week to be paid locally).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 40,- / per week (payment on site).

| Charming house near Castello di Montegufoni. The best part was the terrasse with a lovely view over the Tuscan countryside. Loved to sit drinking my wine watching the sun going down behind the Tuscan hills.The pool is shared with 3 other families living on the property. These people are realy very plesant to have as neighbours. |

| La Pergola lived up to and beyond our expectations of experiencing a typical Italian lifestyle in Tuscany for our month stay. The accomodations are comfortable and the setting is idyllic. It is perfectly located for day trips to Florence, Sienna, Luca, etc. La Pergola is located in the charming hamlet of Montegufoni with it's own castle, church, vineyard and an excellent restaurant with the best Bifteck Fiorentina that we tried in Tuscany five minutes away. The little town of Montespertoli, which is a ten minute drive, has a good grocery store and some specialty shops for cheese, meat and wine. Were we to return to the Tuscany region we would definitely be happy returning La Pergola. |
