Podere La Veduta - elegantly spread in an area of lush green 400 hectares estate – is an ancient farmhouse an outbuilding and an annex, situated in a very isolated and peaceful location on the hills surrounding the ancient town of San Gimignano, Tuscany.

The property has been completely renovated while preserving its original architecture and heritage.  It has been furnished with tastefully selected furniture and converted into an independent accommodation with all comforts and luxuries. Ground floor:-
Kitchen is well furnished with facilities like oven, freezer, dishwasher, fireplace and barbecue.
A large living room with fireplace, dining area, T.V., breakfast room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower.
1st floor:
3 double bedrooms each with attached bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (that can be turned into 2 single beds if requested).

Outbuilding:-
Ground floor: A living-room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and double sofa-bed, toilet.
1st floor: Double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Annex:-
Ground floor: living area with kitchen corner (oven, washing-machine), bedroom with French bed, bathroom with shower.

Distances:-  Centre of San gimignano with all kinds of shops is 8 km, Certaldo is 15 km, Volterra is 25 km, Siena approx. 40 km, Florence approx. 50 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 75 km. Horse-back riding facilities are within 10 km.
