The renowned medieval town of San Gimignano is reachable in a 30-minute drive. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, swimming-pool (15 x 9 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), shared barbecue.
Laundry room available. The access to the villa rental is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Parking within the grounds. Shared satellite TV. Pets are allowed. All windows are provided with screens.
