DESCRIZIONE
Bellissima casa colonica in pietra in affittto situata sulle colline che circondano Cortona, in posizione molto tranquilla e panoramica. La villa è stata sapientemente ristrutturata cercando di lasciare inalterato il suo antico fascino e di mantenere alcuni dettagli di arredamenti originari della Toscana come i bellissimi pavimenti in cotto e le travi a vista.
L’arredamento è molto curato e dona alla casa un’atmosfera estremamente calda e confortevole.
Distanze: negozio di generi alimentari a 500 m, Cortona a ca. 2 km, Arezzo a ca. 30 km, Perugia e Siena si trovano nel raggio di 50 km, il Lago Trasimeno con le spiagge attrezzate a 18 km.
Campo da tennis a 2 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: un grande e bel giardino a terrazze attrezzato con tavoli e sedie e una piscina ad uso esclusivo (10 x 5 m – massima profondità 2,4 m - aperta dal 30/05 al 30/09) posta in posizione panoramica con suggestiva vista sul Lago Trasimeno e sulla Valdichiana.
Le finestre al primo piano della casa sono dotate di zanzariere. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Telefono a scatti. A disposizione ferro da stiro. Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare un lettino per bebé a € 52,- / a settimana da pagare sul posto.
Servizi extra: aiuto domestico disponibile su richiesta a € 15,- / l'ora da pagare sul posto.
Gli arrivi sono compresi fra le 16.00 e le 19.00 del sabato pomeriggio.
Arrivi oltre le ore 19.00 non saranno accettati. |

| A fantastic family retreat. We enjoyed the yard, the house, the pool, and of course running down to Corry's for coffee!! The privacy and the space gave us just the rest and relaxation we were looking for. Thanks to the owners who worked with us on our Italian, they were wonderful. |

| This villa is an excellent location for quiet and solitude while still being very accessible to centro of Cortona and surrounding towns and villas. The facilities including the bathrooms and kitchen were in excellent condition. Cannot reach town by walking but lots of parking available in town. Highly recommend this villa for up to 6 people comfortably. |

| Great location with access to everything you may need. Rapolano Terme is a quiet little non-tourist town with wonderful people. The property is clean and well kept and felt like home. Great view for sunsets, pool, a little wood-burning bbq for outdoor cooking. Just wonderful. I highly recommend it!!! |

| What a wonderful villa!! The gardens are stunning, as is the view as we looked down into the valley. We were serenaded by a coo coo bird; I'd never heard one (that wasn't in a clock!) before! It is, indeed, walking distance to Cortona, but the road is narrow, winding and dark at night, so walking is not such a good idea. Tons to do in Cortona, OR you can do NOTHING at all at 'home' (the villa) or in Cortona. A great, relaxing vacation for our 'babymoon'. Mille Grazie, especially to the lovely owners who greeted us when we arrived (and explained how to open the gate at the end of the loooooong driveway from the house). Ciao! |
