DESCRIZIONE
Grazioso agriturismo situato in posizione tranquilla e panoramica nella campagna intorno a Città di Castello. La proprietà è stata recentemente ristrutturata lasciando inalterata la sua struttura originaria.
I 2 appartamenti ricavati dal restauro sono dislocati in due edifici diversi situati a circa 20 m di distanza l’ uno dall’ altro.
Distanze: Croci di Castiglioni con negozi di generi alimentari a 500 m, Città di Castello con negozi di tutti i generi a 11 km, Monterchi a 15 km, Arezzo a 45 km, Perugia a 55 km, Assisi a 60 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: ampio giardino attrezzato con mobili da giardino e piscina (15 x 8 m – massima profondità 1,5 m – aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09) in comune con i proprietari.
L’accesso alla proprietà è tramite una strada non asfaltata ma in buone condizioni. Parcheggio nella proprietà. Sono ammessi animali domestici.
Servizi extra: su richiesta è possibile noleggiare un letto supplementare (da pagare sul posto).

| The best holiday of my life! Stunning countryside, amazing towns with beautiful artworks nearby, great pool. Simplicity and a feeling of isolation, with all amenities very close, meant we came back totally relaxed.Absolutely beautiful! Old house, simply and tastefully done up.The location was Totally ideal for us. Situated in stunningly beautiful Umbrian hills and woodland, we nonetheless managed two trips to the sea (one to the West coast - slightly longer travel - and one to the East coast). Very good shops nearby.The pool was of a fantastic size. Just right. Large and wonderfully situated.
The area around the apartment was stunning. Cats, chickens, goats, ibis and herons on a nearby pond and two dear came really close one day..
We met the owner (briefly) and she was friendly. The person she had managing the place, Andrea, was wonderful and friendly.
