Located just 4 km from the center of Chania, it is perfect if you are looking for a country house that is also close to city amenities. The sea is also not far, about 6 km away.
With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people, and is within easy reach of western Crete’s most important attractions, as well as the airport.
The villa’s upper floor with 3 bedrooms offers panoramic views of the White Mountains to the south, Old Chania Harbor to the west, and Mount Stavros to the north/northeast.
Villa Giani is the perfect vacation villa if you’d like to be near the lovely city of Chania; less than 1 km from the villa there is a minimarket open 24 hours/day, two famous restaurants/caffés (Koukouvagia and Carte Postale), a bakery and a playground for children. There is a large supermarket 1,3 km away. The closest beach, in Kalathas, is about 6 km away.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner of the house met us for check in and she was very kind and courteous. The house is spacious and comfortable. ACs worked well. Wifi was good for work. Parking is outside on the street, but its a quiet street. Keep in mind, that you will need to pay a security deposit and tourist fees in cash (euros) upon arrival.

Extremely well equipped spacious traditional villa. Xristina, the owner lives next door and was so very kind. She made us tzatziki one day and a delicious local potato dish another day. The property can be a little hard to find but it is a tiny road next to a large Chinese market. You are soon on top and in the countryside with the sound of cockerels crowing each morning. We had a lovely relaxing week. Thank you.

Très agréable séjour, Christiane nous a reçu avec générosité. La maison très agréable est située dans un cadre bucolique, entourée de verdure avec vue sur les montagnes. Commerces à proximité mais voiture vivement recommandée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Christina is one of the warmest hosts you can ever meet. We felt really welcomed. The house is very spaced and at a great location though you might need a car to go about. The house has a good garden and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a great family holiday there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La piscine est parfaite, les extérieurs de la maison sont très agréables. Parfaitement équipée. Climatisation dans les chambres et le salon très appréciable. Au calme, à 10 min en voiture des plages et de la ville de la Canée, très bon emplacement. Sur place nous avons été accueillis par Christine qui est la voisine et gérante de la maison. Contact très facile et toujours aux petits soins. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et sans réserve.

Pool was fantastic, as were the outside dining areas, comfortable bedrooms with lovely linens and towels. Christina our host was more than helpful. Peaceful and private.

We really liked the house as it was a real home with a soul. It was located in a quiet area (besides the dogs barking at night, the roostes wakening you at 4 am in the morning and the thousands of chikadees, which all had their charm). The owner of the house was a lovely lady who took good care of us. We really enjoined our stay. Please try it out yourself. .
