First floor: large living room (satellite TV) with dining area, bar corner (refrigerator) and kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, microwave); this floor also has direct outside access.
Second floor: master double bedroom with private bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and terrace; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; single bedroom (additional bed for one person can be added free of charge upon request) with private bathroom with shower.
Third floor: terrace with panoramic views and private pool (depth: 0,55 meters), outdoor shower, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There is air conditioning in the entire house.

The Posarelli Villas are lovely brand new 4 storey town houses a few minutes walk from the beach and centre of agia marina. They are very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite and 1 with own bathroom opposite, 2 living areas with big sofas and tv. Very nice outdoor roof top pool and space which was great for sunset drinks. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and right in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars etc. Place was spotless and great value for money, would definitely stay there again. Communication with the hosts was okay and I can highly recommend
