It is perfect for a peaceful seaside vacation. The excellent location and panoramic sea views are just two of this villa’s strong points: large windows offer fantastic views of the sea from the inside of the house as well.
It has two floors, and new, modern, air-conditioned interiors with all amenities. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds, and can accommodate up to 6/8 people.
Outside, this exclusive, unique villa is built along the land’s natural terracing and sea cliffs. The terraces are cleverly arranged to offer a parking area; a magnificent infinity pool where you can sunbathe and read a good book; and a furnished terrace for sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dinners with fantastic views of the sea and sunset.
In the nearby town of Almyrida you will find a large beach, shops and beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Greek cuisine.
Just 25 km away is the city of Chania, with its old Venetian port, and charming restaurants and cafés.

Faszinierender Ausblick und tolle Lage in der Nähe zu Chania. Sauber gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Villa Sapphire mit Poolbereich und fussläufig erreichbarer kleiner Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. In der Umgebung authentische und gemütliche Tavernen mit traditionellen Speisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in benachbarten Dörfern. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Veldig fint og moderne hus, med fantastisk utsikt. Vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd! gange til liten, sjarmerende strand. Nydelig vann, strand uten solsenger. 10-12 min. til sentrum med restauranter og tavernaer, og strender med solsenger. God og vennlig kontakt gjennom oppholdet.
