Villa Olympia

Villa Olympia is large vacation villa rental with a pool near the sea in Crete.

Thanks to 7 bedrooms (2 are pass-through rooms) it is perfect for a group of family or friends seeking a large villa for a vacation together. In total it can accommodate up to 21 people distributed in 2 units a few meters from one another, which are rented together for calm and privacy.

A new pool is being built outside on the grounds, and will be ready in April 2026. It will replace one of the two small pools currently visible online. The new pool will be the perfect place to spend time with family and friends during your vacation in Greece.

The interiors are comfortable and well-equipped. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area; there is free Wifi internet both inside and outside.

Villa Olympia is only about 400 meters from the sea: Paralia Kournas (also called Kavros) is a small seaside town with shops, coffee shops, cafés, tavernas, supermarkets and access to the sandy beach that stretches for 9 km along the coast. Also very close to Villa Olympia is the town of Georgioupoli, with shops of all kinds and beach facilities.

Lake Kournas, less than 4 km away, is another very famous and popular attraction: it is Crete’s only freshwater lake, and is almost 1 km in diameter, with a 3,5 km perimeter. There are lakeside tavernas and restaurants, as well as paddleboat and canoe rentals for exploring its cool waters. Also worth a visit is Argiroupoli (called Lappa in antiquity), with its fresh springs and charming tavernas (about 12 km from Villa Olympia).

Villa Olympia is also perfect if you don’t want to rent a car: shops, tavernas, cafés and a beach are all within walking distance nearby.

The villa is divided into 2 units, each with its own independent entrance, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
The first unit offers 4 bedrooms (1 is a pass-through room) and 3 bathrooms; it can accommodate up to 12 people
The second unit offers 3 bedrooms (1 is a pass-through room), 1 bathroom + 1 WC; it can accommodate up to 9 people
