Aelia is a share of a villa for rent with a private pool situated in the small town of Kounoupidiana, Crete.
The marvelous villa rental is part of a complex of 4 sister houses, all of them featured in our website (Aelia, Dioni, Iris e Phaedra). The beautiful, 3-level share of a villa offers 2 bedrooms and a room with a sofa bed, to accommodate up to 5 people. This ultra modern house features not only prestigious furniture but also plenty of light: the large windows make every room in the villa rental incredibly bright.
This house is ideal for a completely relaxing vacation, but at the same time it is close to the most important cultural attractions.
Aelia offers various outdoor areas: at the villa entrance there is a covered table and chairs, on the first floor there is a large terrace with another dining area, and there is an enchanting roof terrace with a sun deck (accessible from the room on the top floor). The views of the sea and surrounding panoramas from the roof will take your breath away.
The strategic location is within easy reach of Crete’s most beautiful beaches, major tourist attractions, and main services (harbor, airport and highway).

Ground floor: entrance and large living room (fireplace, TV) with dining area and kitchen (coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher), WC. From the living room and the kitchen there is access to the covered patio at the front of the house, and to the back of the house.
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub (washing machine). Both bedrooms have access to a very large terrace with a table and chairs.
Second floor: room with a single sofa bed and access to the roof terrace (sun deck).
All of the rooms have air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay and booked three of the four villas for our family party of 15, which worked out brilliantly. The villas and pool were all excellent, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. There are a few restaurants in the village of Kounoupidiana within walking distance of the property and we hired a car for supermarket runs and to get to Marathi beach. We used the bus service to get into Chania (about 20 minutes journey) and beyond - the bus stop is just up the bank which was really handy and the buses are regular and cheap. Our lovely host, Frosso was extremely helpful and always available to help with local information and booking restaurants and excursions. She was so kind to us and really was a perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at these beautiful villas. Thank you so much Frosso and Posarelli Villas!

Beautiful apartment with all necessary amenities, very clean and soft beds. Great location, but you’ll need a car. (Parking space right outside the doorstep) Quiet area and the private swimming pool was really nice mid juli. Our hostess Frosso made our stay special and was always available to us - thank you!! We hope to be back some time.
..one more thing; there are a few cats on the property, they’re a bit shy but really cute. Please treat them nicely!
