Villa Flora is a lovely villa rental with a private pool in Metochi, a small hamlet on the island of Crete.
The 2-floor villa offers 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people: it is ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa is tastefully and simply furnished, with bright, spacious interiors and large windows.
The private pool at the back of the house has marvelous panoramic views of the town and coast.
For al fresco meals there is a dining area near the pool, and a large terrace with a pergola on the first floor.
Next door is Villa Flora’s sister property, Villa Stratianna, which is also in the “Mediterranean Villas” rental catalogue!
The excellent location is just a few minutes drive away from the coastal beaches.

Interior Description
141 m2
Ground floor: entrance and large open living area with kitchen (dishwasher, oven, cooktop,) and living room (TV) with dining area, another small kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, American coffee machine) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with its own living room where a single bed can be added. The living room has access to the pool area, and the small kitchen has access to the front terrace with the brick barbecue.
First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a panoramic terrace, bathroom with bathtub and shower (washing machine), double bedroom and access to a smaller balcony (pool view and sea view).
There is air conditioning in the three bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor.

Αμέσως αισθανθηκαμε όπως στο σπίτι μας!!Ο Κύριος Νικόλαος και η Κυρία Ελένη ευγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί!!Να προσθέσω ότι διατίθεται σίδερο και σιδερωστρα!!! Πεντακάθαρη πισίνα πανέμορφος κήπος!! Όλα τέλεια!!Του χρόνου πρώτα ο Θεός θα επιστρέψουμε στην ίδια βίλα!!!

schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus auf einem Hügel abseits der Straße. Restaurants und Taverne sind alle fussläufig zu erreichen, ca. 20 minuten

Ottimo appartamento, moderno, spazioso e dotato di ogni icomfort. Pulizia eccellente. Ideale anche per due famiglie. Buona la posizione + o meno un ora di auto dalle spiagge + belle. La città di Chania è a circa una ventina di minuti. Ristoranti e bar nelle vicinaze. Indispensabile in ogni caso avere un auto per muoversi. Bella la piscina ad uso esclusivo pulita e con una vista Top!!! Proprietario super disponibile ed efficiente. Consigliato per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a Creta.

La maison ainsi que les extérieurs et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. La maison est spacieuse et chaque chambre possède une particularité comme un espace salon, une grande terrasse ou une magnifique vue mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Flora .

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Der Parkplatz wird durch ein elektrisches Rolltor abgesichert. Das Wohn- und die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen, die über Fernbedienungen gesteuert werden können, ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind neu und nicht durchgelegen, haben alle einen Hygieneschutz. Alles ist auf dem neusten Stand, nichts verwohnt, sehr gepflegt und wird von den Besitzern in einem sehr guten Zustand gehalten. Die Eigentümer Helen und Nikolaos wohnen in der Nähe, sind sehr nett, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und sorgen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Nach einer Woche werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta reisen, wird Helen und Nikolaos immer unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein.

Nous avons loué pour 1 semaine et c’était agréable quand nous revenions à la maison d’aller dans la piscine. Les alentours sont plutôt tranquille, nous n’avons pas profité des lieux environnants mais plutôt de superbes plages situées entre 30 et 50 minutes de route ainsi que de la Canée à 25 min. Helen et Nicos sont extrêmement accueillants. La maison est plus belle en réalité que les photos présentées sur le site. Les lits sont confortables et tout est propre. Helen est même venue remplacer les serviettes après 3 jours pour des propres. Seul bémol, une odeur quelque peu désagréable le matin et aussi en soirée vers les 20:00 à l’extérieur tous les jours que nous y étions. Merci pour l’accueil!
