Panoramic pool and seamless indoor-outdoor flow
The heart of the outdoor area is the private pool (10 x 5 metres) with a dedicated hydro-massage corner, surrounded by a sun deck with open views of the lagoon and the sea. The villa's design promotes fluid indoor-outdoor living: the bright living room and professional kitchen open directly onto the veranda and barbecue area. It is the perfect space for long convivial dinners at sunset, making the most of the hilltop breeze and the Ionian coastal climate.
Four independent double bedrooms with private bathrooms
The interior layout is designed to guarantee the same quality of stay for all guests. The villa features 4 spacious double bedrooms, each configured with its own private en-suite bathroom. This feature makes the property the ideal choice for groups of friends or families who wish to share common areas while maintaining their total autonomy.

The villa is arranged over split levels to optimize the distribution of space and privacy between the living and sleeping areas.
Ground Floor: Entrance into a large open-plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, wine cooler). A service bathroom (WC) is also located on this level.
Intermediate Level: A few steps lead to an air-conditioned double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the garden and the hillside.
First Floor: Large master double bedroom with private bathroom (double sink and double shower) and access to a private panoramic terrace with sea views. On the same floor, a second double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second Floor: Fourth double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to an upper panoramic terrace with open views over the coast.

We spent a week at Villa Cocona and it was, without exaggeration, an absolutely exclusive experience.
The villa is brand new, thoughtfully designed in a clean, minimalist style with high-end materials and a spacious private pool. Everything is not only beautiful — it’s functional and meticulously considered down to the smallest detail. You can feel the quality in every corner.
The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute drive to what we found to be the most stunning beach on the island.
The view of the sunset each evening? Simply breathtaking.
A heartfelt thank-you to the owners for their warm, respectful, and attentive hospitality — it truly made us feel at home.
An additional highlight: there’s an option to book private chefs. We chose Virginia, and she exceeded all expectations — 100 out of 10. Incredible attention to detail, top-tier ingredients, and a genuinely kind presence in the house.
If you’re lucky enough to find availability here — don’t hesitate. This place is a hidden gem, and it’s more than worth it.

Es ist eine außergewöhnliche und exquisite Villa mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Sie ist sehr hell und offen gestaltet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Von der Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine über den Herd, bis zum Weinschrank. Alle Türen und Fenster sind mit hochwertigen Schiebetüren gegen Insekten geschützt. Die großzügige Terrasse und der Infinity-Pool sind hervorragend zum Sonnen, entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Denn die Villa liegt erhöht an einem Berg. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und es ist auch nicht von außen einsehbar. Das absolute Highlight ist abends der Sonnenuntergang den man direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Alle 4 Zimmer haben ein eigenes geräumiges Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Armaturen. Joanna ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Sie gab uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele und beantwortete auch zwischendurch all unsere Fragen.
Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit für uns und wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

We stayed at the fabulous Villa Cocona in May '25 and were fortunate to be the very first guests at the villa. Due to its elevated location, surrounded by an olive grove, the views from the villa over the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The accommodation is luxurious, spacious and well-thought-through and there are plenty of nice tavernas and bars in the nearby Acharavi and Kassiopi. Our host Joanna was very friendly, she greeted us on arrival and was always available for advice throughout our stay, and ensured that the pool was cleaned almost daily.
Watching the sun set just in front of the villa every evening added to the magical experience of our stay at Villa Cocona. Many thanks to Joanna and Spiros!
