Stunning vacation villa with a private pool near the sea in Abruzzo.
Villa Vittoria is a welcoming, comfortable independent villa just 7 km from the sea. Located on the border between Abruzzo and Marche, it is great for exploring these two little known, but extremely captivating Italian regions.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people in 4 bedrooms. Both inside and outside it is set up for a lovely countryside vacation: in the large common rooms and beautiful outdoor areas you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Just 7 km away from Villa Vittoria is the town of Martinsicuro, and just a few kilometers south are Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido: all are seaside towns with restaurants and beach clubs perfect for your beach vacation. The nearest shops are 2,5 km from the villa in the town of Colonnella.
Outside you can cool off on summer days in the lovely pool, and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the outdoor dining area furnished with a table and chairs.
Inside, a spacious living area with a lovely fireplace is the perfect place to relax and watch a film on TV, or using the projector with 300-inch screen and professional Bose audio system.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

Maison très agréable à vivre, spécialement lorsqu'il fait beau et chaud! Belle piscine, baby foot, pergola pour déjeuner, terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Grande maison avec un immense salon, cuisine bien équipée. Chambres propres avec chacune sa salle de bain. Environnement calme et très joli entouré d'oliviers et de vignes.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Ambiente. Ausblick, Pool und Garten sind einfach fantastisch. Wir waren mit 6 Kindern dort. Für die war der Pool und der Garten wirklich das absolute Highlight.
Colonnella ist ein sympathischer kleiner Ort mit netten Leuten. Man kann toll Essen gehen und sich sehr nett unterhalten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille! Beaucoup d’activités sont à faire entre la montagne et la mer. La villa est superbe et très bien entretenue exactement comme dans le descriptif! L’extérieur est verdoyant et la piscine est vraiment belle et grande! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par notre hôte qui nous a très bien conseillé sur les activités, restaurants de la région! Nous avons adoré et recommandons vivement cette adresse!

An absolutely amazing house in Abruzzo. I've been coming in the area for 30 years, and this has been one of the very best places I've stayed. The house is great, but the outdoor area with pool, sunbeds, music, and more is second to none. Riccardo is a great host, who greeted us upon arrival with wine for everybody. Came with suggestions about the area, and were always there to help if anything came up. Hope to come back

Io mio marito e quattro amici oltre al nostro bellissimo ed enorme cane abbiamo passato in questa meravigliosa Villa in Abruzzo, a due passi dal mare, una fantastica settimana di relax. La piscina è enorme e ben progettata. Il giardino curato e pieno di piante. Gli ambienti esterni vari e conviviali. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino a legna esterno e il bbq a gas. Gli spazi interni sono di grandi dimensioni e tutti climatizzati. Le attrezzature sono variegate, dai materassini per la piscina alle affettatrici al doppio frigorifero.
L’impianto Bose esterno è impeccabile e potente. Abbiamo fatto degli aperitivi al tramonto in piscina con sottofondo musicale indimenticabili. Riccardo ci ha accolto e seguito passo passo per ogni necessità durante tutta la settimana, sempre attento a che fosse tutto più che soddisfacente per noi ed il nostro cane. Ritorneremo presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per quattro notti.
La villa è veramente molto bella e molto spaziosa, si trova in un contesto meraviglioso. Arredata con gusto in stile consono al tipo di struttura e dotata di ogni confort. Ben pulita e ordinata, completa di tutto quanto necessario per inziare al meglio la nostra vacanza, dalla biancheria da letto e da bagno (compresa carta igienica, doccia shampoo e cuffia doccia) sino ad una buona scorta di tutto quanto necessario per soddisfare le prime esigenze (caffè, zucchero, acqua, bibite e in occasione della Pasqua anche una buonissina colomba artigianale per la colazione). All'interno un grande camino a legna è un valore aggiunto al soggiorno di consistente dimensione.
La piscina è molto bella, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire per il brutto tempo, ma è stata un'immagine di contorno molto positiva. Abbiamo usufruito della struttura in giardino composta da un bel barbecue e forno a legna.
Host e Assistente cordiali, disponibili e accomodanti, pronti in ogni momento a supportare ogni eventuale ulteriore esigenza.
Tenuto conto della bassa temperatura esterna, la villa pur essendo di grandi dimensioni era molto ben riscaldata.
La struttura ha rispettato tutte le nostre aspettative e corrisponde alle foto pubblicate.
