This large villa rental can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Three sofa beds are available upon request, but they are only for children under 12. The majestic, first-class villa has 3 floors, and the lower ground floor has a spa, gym, basement room and billiard room.

The interiors are tastefully furnished, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The entire property is surrounded by a large, fenced-in garden that is about 8000 m2, with a lovely green lawn and Mediterranean shrub vegetation and trees. A path leads to the spectacular private pool. There are various relaxation and dining areas scattered about the garden, under elegant pergolas, and on the verandas by the house.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
