Casalino dei Messapi is a beautiful villa rental with private pool in Puglia: if you seek a villa for a vacation in the land of the trulli, it won’t let you down.

This house is very close to the most important places of interest, such as Ostuni, Cisternino, and Alberobello; as well as the Puglia countryside’s natural landscape. The private garden and pool are at guests’ complete disposal for relaxing outside and winding down at the water’s edge after touring the area. The enclosed garden has fruit trees, an organic vegetable garden and a lemon grove.

The pool can also be heated (available for a fee, upon request at booking).

Casalino dei Messapi can accommodate up to 6 people. It is made up of two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and a third double bedroom on the lower level, which is not connected inside.

At the disposal of Casalino dei Messapi guests:

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
