Villa Belvedere San Bartolo is situated in a dominant position on the top of a hill from which you can admire a splendid panorama of the Romagna riviera: a unique setting for a suggestive natural picture.

The villa, entirely built with green building techniques, is spread over three levels (ground floor, first floor and lower floor) surrounded by a large garden and with a private wood: the comfortable interior rooms are bright and equipped with every comfort. In all, Villa Belvedere San Bartolo has 5 bedrooms and large common areas which also include a wellness area with sauna and indoor pool (heatable on request only from September to May) with hydromassage corner. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10/11 people.

The panoramic outdoor areas offer spaces that allow guests to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends: it will be possible to eat outdoors and relax in the well-kept garden from which you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding landscape and the sea.

IMPORTANT: the private indoor pool is available from 10:00 to 20:00; heatable on request up to 23° (paying an extra charge and notifying at least 2 days before arrival); pool heating is available only from September to May. The sauna is available from 17:00 to 20:00.
