This villa is structured in 2 different units: a main house and a dependance, all luxuriously furnished.
The main house offers a large lounge and the main kitchen; guests can acceed to the highest floor by stairs or an elevator.
The dependance offers a dining room and a kitchen, that allows to the guests autonomy from the main house. Here guests will find also a wellness zone with jacuzzi and shower. Steam bath on request.

First floor (accessed through an open plan staircase and a lift): master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite Jacuzzi and whirlpool shower and a second bedroom with a French bed and bathroom.

Larger annex
Spread over two floors accessed from outside, includes on the first floor a living room, a kitchen and two double bedrooms with shared bathroom, whilst on the ground floor are a double bedroom with bathroom and a wellness area with Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.

Second annex
Set a little apart from the other two units, includes on the first floor an open plan living room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, whilst on the ground floor there is a further bedroom with bathroom.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
