Villa degli Aranci is a perfect holiday house for a group of friends or a family which desires to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday: its position is ideal as a start point to discover all the marvellous surroundings.
The property is made up of a Main Villa (10 people) and an annex (2 people) a few meters away. It has 6 bedrooms, and common rooms to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
On the outside, a well maintained and flourishing garden is at guests' disposal as well as a private swimming pool, the ideal place to relax enjoying the Sicilian sun during summer. There is also a playground for kids in the garden.
The nearest beach (with sea rocks) is 500m away from the house and the nearest sandy beach is 2 km away (in Gallina); you should also visit the typical village of Marzamemi, the baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. For nature lovers, Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari Oasi and the Etna Park are a must.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
