A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Fantastic nice, modern and clean fully airconditioned house at a fantastic location. It is at the end of a private street towards the beach, no passing traffic. From the beach you can walk up to some beach clubs who have bars and food.
Any questions we had were immediately addressed by the team. We will come back next year again!
