Diantha is a modern holiday villa, with a shared pool, in Sicily.
It is located near Marsala, an ancient seaside town at the western end of Sicily and the beautiful, white sandy beach of Lido Signorino is only 300 metres from the villa!
The villa was recently built and extends over two, unconnected floors; it consists of a ground floor and a lower floor and thanks to its 5 bedrooms it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The interiors are welcoming and bright and furnished in a modern style and it is well equipped for a comfortable stay.
The owners live on the same property in their own villa and occasionally use the garden which contains the heated swimming pool and the shared solarium area.
The residence has a veranda that is well equipped for outdoor dining and, together with the other relaxing outdoor areas, you will be guaranteed an unforgettable holiday in Sicily.
The villa is ideally located to discover the surrounding area; within a few kilometres you can explore the historic centre of Marsala, the evocative Salt Pans and the most interesting places in western Sicily such as Erice, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, the Egadi islands (connections from Trapani and Marsala), the Zingaro nature reserve and even the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
