A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

A wonderful villa on a wonderful location! The house and garden are in great condition and well maintained. There is enough space for 9 people, with privacy for everbody. The location is really great, so close to Noto, but also to the beach.
