SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

The villa was beautiful, very clean, very well equipped and very quiet. The owner was very attentive and helpful. The property was difficult to find without a GPS. The owner had to rescue us from a nearby town.

Villa Mia was all we could wish for! Beautiful modern and clean villa with a big garden and pool. The surroundings where peaceful and the nice village Marzamemi and the beach were just a few minute away (we had a rental car). The villa was very well equipped with enough towels/toiletpaper/bbq/kitchenware etc. The owners were super friendly and easy to make contact with. We have had a wonderful holiday!
