Villa Contrada guarantees privacy and comfort as well as a wonderful pool where you can enjoy precious moments of relax with friends and family and also a large garden with a barbecue area that will make unique your holiday during the spring and the summer periods. This property provides an access to the sea (accessible via a small path) and offer simply furnished but welcoming interiors.

A small outbuilding is approx. 5 meters away from the villa and offers a double bedroom (air conditioning) (with extra single sofa bed upon request to be paid extra) and a bathroom with shower.

Scopello is a wonderful place to visit, the villa is a short drive from the village of Scopello. The house is quirky and when we visited need some love and attention but was fine and comfortable for four adults and two children. The private swimming spot / beach access sounds great but is quite tricky. There are amazing beaches and places to swim within easy reach of the house and the pool at the villa is really nice.
