Marinella is a beautiful seafront vacation villa rental in Sicily: located in the Plemmirio marine reserve south of Syracuse, it is just 50 meters away from the sea!
The two-family villa is completely independent and autonomous. Its exclusive location just meters from the sea is one of a kind: from the garden there is direct access to the cliffs and the Fanusa shore, famous for its crystal clear waters and extraordinary seabed rich in marine life.
The recently constructed house faces a large park bordering the cliffs, with shady pine trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean scrub plants.
Inside, the house has two floors which are connected inside by a spiral staircase, and outside as well.
Marinella’s location is perfect if you love the sea and snorkeling. It is also just kilometers away from the center of Syracuse, Noto, and the Pantalica and Vendicari nature reserves. Just minutes away by car there are also the splendid sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Fabulous location - a writer’s dream! Ideal as it is right at the shore side and the amazing sea view and tranquility at the Villa is wonderfully relaxing. 5 televisions at the property which were never switched on! Alfresco dining on the covered terrace was a delight. The Villa is enclosed in a large garden with plenty of shaded areas so it enjoys cool breezes in the morning and evenings. Automatic garden lights add to the evening atmosphere.
Direct access to the sea but the coast is very rocky so sea-shoes are essential. Also the rocks are just below the surface so one needs to be sure footed. 3 of our party would not swim here. However there are other safe swimming areas nearby.
