Casalta is a large property located in Tuscany, about 30 kilometres away from Florence, consisting of 4 apartments with swimming pool and breathtaking views over the Chianti Rufina valley.

The property is surrounded by olive groves and green woods with the typical cypress trees; an ideal setting for those seeking intimacy and relax in apartments equipped with every comfort.
Casalta is also suitable to be booked exclusively as one of the apartments is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a large dining room, ideal as a meeting place.
The interiors are in rustic Tuscan style in perfectly match the environment.

During your stay, the owners can organise aperitifs with traditional Tuscan products. For large families, groups of friends or for those who exclusively book the property, if requested at the time of booking, special theme evenings can be organised.
During the summertime it is also possible to dine al fresco enjoying a suggestive panorama.

Casalta has an agreement with many restaurants in the area, the nearest of which is in the village of Acone, 500 metres away from the property , which can also be reached on foot, where you can find a minimarket that is also open on Sunday mornings, as well as a bar with a five-a-side football/tennis court.
A few kilometres from the facility you can find a bike rental centre, lakes for sport fishing, a riding school and lots of parks for adults and children.

For nature lovers, the property is located within the Monte Giovi park, offering the possibility of following C.A.I. marked trails, on foot or by mountain bike.

The strategic location of this beautiful property makes easy to reach art cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Tuscan villages including Fiesole, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Poppi and Cortona.
