Beautiful, recently restored villa situated on a hill top overlooking the city of Arezzo and the Chiana valley.The area of Cortona and Valdichiana situated in the territory of the Toscana region enclose on this cute locality all the natural, historical and gastronomical features that are typical of the zone.
Villa Agazzi offers a wonderful pool to spend moments of leisure with friends, a big garden for the open air days with a barbecue area that makes fantastic your stay in the warm seasons, a beautiful fireplace that will make the ambience warm even in the coldest periods of the year. This property is entirely fenced in and comprises the owners’ house and a charming small church dating back to the 7th century. Outside guests can enjoy use of a large, well-groomed garden with a beautiful, private swimming-pool set in panoramic location. The villa was divided into 4 apartments which are connected internally and are rentable only together as a private accommodation. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a large, furnished portico ideal for al-fresco dining.
A railway line runs in the bottom of the valley. Easy train connections to Florence and Rome are available from the city of Arezzo.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
At guests’ disposal: large garden, beautiful, private, irregular-shaped swimming-pool (circa 16 x 8 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 3 m –salt-water purification system- open from 01/04 through 30/10),heated hydromassage area on request and for a fee, large furnished solarium with a pergola and a small house with dressing-room, toilet, 2 showers and a small kitchen corner, nice portico ideal for al-fresco dining. This villa provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
The property owners run a farming estate and the can organize olive oil, wine, balsamic vinegar and spirits tasting.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Agazzi per 3 notti durante il ponte del 1° maggio in 8 persone (4 coppie) ed è stata un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La villa è un posto da sogno: stupenda, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e super accessoriata, non manca davvero nulla. La pulizia è impeccabile, con lenzuola profumate che danno subito una sensazione di comfort e accoglienza.
La piscina è semplicemente meravigliosa, perfetta per rilassarsi, e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità dei teli a bordo vasca, un’attenzione in più che fa la differenza. La posizione è eccellente: immersa nella quiete più assoluta, lontana dal caos, ma al tempo stesso vicina a tanti punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Patrizia, padrona di casa gentile e sempre disponibile, ma con grande discrezione. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e non vediamo l’ora di tornare presto!

Amazing place to stay when visiting the Tuscan countryside. Perfect location to explore the Medieval towns in the area.
The villas is in great condition. The owners spend time to keep the place looking fresh. Each bedroom and bathroom were perfectly sanitized. We felt the comfort of home during our stay. There are 3 kitchens and all well equipped. Bedding and comfort of the beds were perfect. Each of the four bathrooms were equipped with the same features. Lots of attention to detail when this villa was remodeled. You are secluded on a beautiful country road. The gated entrance made you feel like you were the King of Arezzo. Patrizia was there to meet us and show us all the features of the property. We were afforded the privacy of being on an estate and if needed she was there to assist. Better than the pictures and reviews. I highly recommend this villa.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Villa Agazzi. The Villa is beautiful, the views are truly spectacular and we had everything we could have needed. Patrizia was a super host, responded to everything really quickly and was so helpful when we lost our pram at the airport on the first day. We very much hope to be back!

The only way to sum up this Villa is: what a dream. The accommodation was so well equipped and spacious. The pool was immaculate and had views as far as the eye can see.
Patrizia was so welcoming, and even took our boys around the property to see the animals.
We had the most amazing stay here and will definitely be coming back.

We (2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids) spent a wonderful week in this Villa in October 2021.
The villa and especially the site and the views all around in the area of Arezzo are simply breathtaking! We had a warm welcome by the owner family who assisted us in every situation we needed them (Thank you Patrizia once more).
The villa with its surroundin olive plantations, some animals and even a little chappel is charming beyond words...
Arezzo is just 10 minutes away. When you are lying in the pool you have a view of Arezzo and you are even able to discover the cathedral and the Piazza Grande of the oldtown of Arezzo. In real it´s even better than the picures can tell.
The owner (Patrizia) offered to heat the smaller pool during our stay, so the kids enjoyed pool time even in the mid of october. When heated, the smaller pool ist warm as a bathtub....
The villa is well equipped with everything you need. A supermarket is 5 minutes away.
