Podere Orietta is a country house with pool for your holiday in Tuscany provided with all the most requested comforts. By renting this typical country home in Tuscany you will be sure to be received in an elegant and comfortable ambience.
Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena).
A stunning locality in Tuscany that offers to its visitors all the beauties of the region, a landscape exclusive well knowed in the world for its history, the territorial beauties and the gourmet specialties.
Podere Orietta offers its guests a wonderful pool to spend full of fun moments with family and friends, a large garden that makes unique your stay in the warm seasons and also a riding stable near the property for those who want to experience horse riding.
This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are simply but nicely furnished, in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
At guests’ disposal:
- large well-kept furnished garden
- swimming-pool (5,5 x 13,5 m – maximum depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 to 03/10)
- solarium (30 square meters) set in panoramic location
- small barbecues
- laundry with washing-machine and dryer (€ 3,- / per washing)

- Covered parking within the grounds
Distances: Castelnuovo Berardenga with all kinds of shops 10,5 km away, Siena 28 km, Radda in Chianti 40 km, Florence 77 km. Horse-back riding facilities 6 km away.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available at € 10,- / per week each (to be paid on the spot). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid locally).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 10,- / per week (payment on site).

Wunderschön gelegene und gepflegte Anlage. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr nette Vermieter mit tollem Wein, hervorragendem Olivenoel und wunderbarem Honig. Traumhafte Ruhe, da abseits der Hauptstraße auf einem Berg gelegen. Es gibt zwar eine Anfahrt über einen in der Toscana üblichen Schotterweg aber die Ruhe und der wunderschöne Weitblick entschädigen einen dafür. Mit etwas Glück bekommt man Besuch von den Pfauen oder den Pferden welche direkt neben dem Anwesen leben.

Deze mensen laten je echt tot rust komen in een omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht.

The villa was very beautiful and the area was very quiet. Yet, the journey to reach it was an adventure, with a 2km unpaved road winding through nature's splendor, where encounters with wild boars and foxes added an unexpected thrill to our arrival.

Ein sehr schöner Ort mit einer fabelhaften Aussicht und schöner Umgebung. Die Gastgeber hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Erg mooie locatie en huisje is zoals op de foto! Helaas was het slecht weer en was daarom het huisje wat vochtig van binnen.. Als het zonnetje schijnt is het perfect! Super mooi uitzicht

Great pick, quiet surrounding of olive plantations with the occasional visit of rabbits and deer. 2.5 km unpaved private road leads to house, so be ready for a bumpy ride to the house and back. Owners are very kind. Highly recommendable.

A wonderful romantic farmhouse in Tuscany! Very private and quiet. It has an excellent location as base for visiting surrounding towns. Can not really complain about anything except that maybe gps coordinates would be nice for future guests. A bit tricky to find the place!
But I highly recommend this beautiful house, the views from here will be a memory forever!
