# Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines von mehreren Reihenhäusern (Randlage). Die Wohnung im UG ist komplett separat und stört nicht # Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist grandios und das Highlight der Unterkunft. # Die Aussenanlage und die Wohnung sind komfortabel groß. Das Kinderzimmer scheint uns dagegen eher klein zu sein, was für 2 Personen jetzt nicht ausschlaggebend war. # Die Ausstattung ist etwas ins Alter gekommen aber in Ordnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Das "Sauberkeitsempfinden" ist individuell - es lag aber alles im Rahmen und nach 1 Woche gab es neue Handtücher # Das Bad ist eher "na ja". In der Sitzbadewanne kann ein Erwachsener nicht wirklich duschen und wir mussten den Duschkopf festbinden. Wer pragmatisch ist, benutzt wie wir die Außendusche hinter dem Haus. # Nach Castiglione sind es knapp 3km, wobei die Parkplätze in der Hochsaison sehr knapp sind (eigentlich nicht vorhanden). Wer den Fußmarsch nicht scheut, sollte gutes Schuhwerk mitnehmen, da die Wohnung 140m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt (siehe tolle Lage) und der Anstieg auf den letzten Metern anstrengend ist. Hinter dem Haus geht es in die typisch toskanischen Hügel, wo man morgens vor dem Frühstück gerne mal über 700 Höhenmeter (insgesamt hoch und runter) absolvieren kann. # Fazit: Top Lage - Ausstattung mittel

"Difficilmente mi è capitato di vedere una vista mare più bella di questa. da lassù si vedeva tutto: la bellissima pineta, il mare, le isole, le barche e anche ( piccola piccola) la gente che faceva il bagno. Un angolo di paradiso silenzioso( nn si sentono le auto) con un bel giardino e adatto a chi ama il verde, la pace e fare i pasti in terrazza guardando il mare. Per raggiungere il mare
certamente ci vuole auto o scooter ma ne vale la pena!!!"

Wunderschönen gelegen, mit sehr schönen Dörfern in der Nähe. Für uns war das Haus perfekt, wenn auch nicht echt "nah" am Meer, aber es ist sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

La casa è in una posizione magnifica, in alto sulla collina e gode di una bellissima vista sulla pineta e sul mare. E' spaziosa e luminosa, con una terrazza e un giardino molto gradevoli; ben attrezzata e confortevole. Il bagno ha una doccia un po' scomoda, ma in giardino ce n'è una deliziosa in mezzo al verde. Ci siamo stati davvero molto bene.

Das schönste an dem Haus ist zweifellos die Aussicht und die Lage! Innen ist das Haus geräumig, hell und schön. Die Küche fällt gegen den Rest etwas ab, aber alles ist funktionell.
