Le Dune is a fantastic independent vacation apartment rental on the sea in Castiglione della Pescaia, Tuscany.

Le Dune sits in a lush pine forest just steps away from the sea, in a lovely complex less than 20 meters from the beach, facing the marvelous waters of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The extraordinary location offers private direct access to Capezzolo beach just 20 meters away. On the beach, having the magical backdrop of the pine forest behind you, the promontory ahead, and Capezzolo at your left, is an unforgettable experience.
From the middle of June to the middle of September, Le Dune guests have use of a beach umbrella, sun lounger and beach chair at the beach club next door to the apartment complex. There is also a free access beach.
Another important perk during the busy season is the convenient private parking space in the apartment complex.

Le Dune is ideal for a couple or a family of 4/5 people; it offers 1 double bedroom that sleeps 3 people, and a (windowless) room next to the living room with a small double bed.
The simple, welcoming interiors are comfortably furnished, and both the kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated.

The garden is lined with hedges for privacy, and is furnished with table and chairs so you can dine outside.

If you enjoy taking walks, there are fantastic, long pine forests stretching along the coast with beautiful natural landscapes.
A bike path runs from the property to the renowned town of Castiglione della Pescaia (about 1 km away), where there are shops, restaurants, a scenic harbor, and an old fortified castle overlooking the entire area that offers breathtaking views of the splendid Tuscan coast.

The major tourist attractions of Tuscany’s southern coast, like Punta Ala, Follonica, Uccellina Natural Park and the Argentario peninsula, are within easy reach. In Punta Ala there is also a famous Golf Club.
