This apartment for rent occupies the second and last floor of a historic building erected between 1580 and 1590 by Emilio Luci (official of the Grand Duche of Tuscany and counselor of the Medici family). The current building stands on a pre-existing medieval tower dating from the 13th century.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans le Plazzo de Francesca. C'est immense, tout est parfaitement restauré et on a l'impression de vivre dans une autre époque. Francesca est très sympathique et arrangeante et a pris le soin de nous accueillir. Le logement est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Et le village est très sympa avec quelques bons restaurants. Nous reviendrons je l'espère !

Very nice stay in Colle di Val d'Elsa. The property is in the old town section at the top of the hill, which is very quiet. Arrival well organised with Francesca. Make sure to park in the correct car park, not the one next to it which is residents only.
