This comfortable villa rental offers 2 bedrooms and a pool reserved for guests’ exclusive use; if you are looking for a tranquil country house in nature, this property will not disappoint. The garden is fenced in, and the house offers comfortable spaces both inside and outside for your vacation in Italy.
Access to the house is up a series of about 30 steps from the parking area.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt oben auf dem Berg und man ist sehr privat dort. Uns hat die Ruhe dort sehr gut getan. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles wie in der Beschreibung. Besonders hat uns der Garten und die Natur gefallen. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Paola ist eine großartige und sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in dem tollen Haus.Wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht ist dort genau richtig. Der Pool und der Whirlpool wurden nach der Hälfte der Woche gewissenhaft gereinigt und kontrolliert. Paola und Mauritzio sind super freundlich und entgegenkommend und hatten viele Tips wo man einkaufen und essen gehen kann .Unsere Hündin hat den ganzen Tag ihr Revier nach Eidechsen abgesucht und hatte sehr viele schattige Plätze. 10 von 10 Sternen von uns

Wir waren 2 Wochen im April 2025. Es ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück, welches mit einem abschließbaren Tor versehen ist. Im April war es im Haus noch etwas kalt, wir konnten jedoch mit dem reichlich vorhandenen Feuerholz gut heizen. Den Pool haben wir wegen der Wassertemperatur nicht genutzt. Der Hotpot war aber ein wirkliches Highlight. Pool und Hotpot wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Paola und Maurizio sind tolle Gastgeber immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein und haben etwaige Probleme (einmal war das Gas für den Gasherd aus) sofort behoben. Haus gibt es einen Weg, den wir gerne für die Hunderunde nutzten. Alles in Allem das perfekte Ferienhäuschen. Es gäbe noch mehr Positives zu erzählen, aber das kann man in den anderen Bewertungen lesen.
Einziges Manko: Kein deutscher Fernsehsender vorhanden - aber wir haben uns prächtig erholt. :)

Hübsches, in den Hügeln gelegenes Haus mit kleinem Swimming Pool und holzbefeuertem Hotpot. Hübsches Haus, in dem alles funktioniert hat, was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist.Das Haus war bei der Übernahme sauber. Es gab ausreichend Putzmittel vor Ort und auch Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine.Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in den Hügeln von Montecatini Terme. Die Besonnung war gut und die Temperaturen bei Temperaturen über 30° im Tal angenehm.im Grossen und Ganzen Ja. kleiner Swimming-Pool (ca. 1m. Wasserhöhe). Wurde regelmässig geputzt. Das Wasser war eher kalt.
Der Hot Pot hat uns sehr gefallen. 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit allem, was man braucht.Das Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es gab eine grosse Anzahl Badezimmerwäsche, sowie Bademäntel und Badetücher.grosser Garten auf verschiedene Ebenen verteilt. Die Einfahrt ist in der Breite sehr knapp, sodass man aufpassen muss, nicht im Wassergraben zu landen.Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Die Übernahme hat einwandfrei geklappt. Paola hat uns jede Woche mit feinem Kuchen überrascht und auch bei der Abreise waren die Eigentümer sehr flexibel.

Ho soggiornato con mia sorella al Casale di Cozzile nell'ultima settimana di settembre e ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Il casale è delizioso e ben curato e l'idromassaggio è una coccola in più!
Paola e Maurizio, i proprietari, sono stati ospiti attenti e sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni necessità con gentilezza e simpatia. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Im August 2023 haben wir zwei unvergessliche Wochen in diesem Haus erleben dürfen. Lage, Ausstattung, Liebe zum Detail und unfassbar liebenswerte Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem toskanischen Traumurlaub werden lassen. Hier von einem Paradies zu sprechen ist nicht übertrieben. Wer Ruhe, Komfort und Liebe zur Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein großen Dankeschön an Paola und Andrea für diese wunderschöne Zeit.

Great Location, great house. And especially great hosts. It was a wonderful vacation and we can really recommend it for a stay with a dog. There is a fence around the whole estate and it was really relaxing to know that the dog can’t escape. The inventory is everything you need (incl. BBQ etc.).

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Garten toll. Die Ausstattung ist überkomplett. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht und sind Mitte der Woche nochmals gekommen um eine kleine Gartenpflege einzulegen. Lustig ist der mit Holzfeuer beheizbare Jacuzzi. Der gemauerte Grill und der offene Pizzaofen sind auch eine Erwähnung wert. Alles in Allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei allen Fragen konnte man sie sofort erreichen. Sehr schön gelegen inmitten von Olivenbaum-Plantagen und immer wieder alte Dörfer auf den Hügeln

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la Casale Di Cozzile de Paola et son mari. La maison offre le calme, la tranquillité, de la fraicheur et peut justifier de faire 10 minutes pour y monter en partant des grands axes. La Jacuzzi est très appréciable, l'eau peut être chauffée. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et aux petits soins (eau piscine toujours nettoyée, maison propre ...)

Super nette Vermieterin, Kontakt war super einfach und freundlich zu jederzeit. Location ist sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Pizzaofen, Grillmöglichkeit, ausgestattete Küche, bis auf einen Ofen, ist alles vorhanden. Pool und Whirlpool bieten sehr gute Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen.

Vacanza all'insegna del relax, della tranquillità e della privacy. La tenuta è molto ben curata con un giardino e un bosco stupendi; il casale è arredato con cura e ristrutturato lasciando intatti particolari della struttura originale. La casa offre tantissimi comfort e abbiamo potuto vantare anche della calorosa e gentile ospitalità dei proprietari. Consigliamo vivamente il Casale di Cozzile sia per una coppia o anche per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza con un'altra coppia di amici all'insegna del relax e per immergersi nella natura.
