The owners occasionally live in a portion of the villa (with separate entrance and garden) and they share with the clients the use of the swimming pool.
The Tuscan territory and particularly the area of San Gimignano offers all the culinary, natural and historical characteristics typical of this enchanting location in Chianti.
Villa Amadeo offers its guests a wonderful pool to spend fun moments with family and friends, a beautiful fireplace to guarantee a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a large garden with barbecue and pizza oven that makes unique your stay in the warm seasons.
The pool is heated during the period from April 1st to November 1st and the temperature is maintained between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.
The property is equipped with a natural insecticide system in the outer perimeter of the property that makes it inhospitable to any insects.
This villa is 50 km from Florence away and 20 km from the charming village of San Gimignano.
The location is ideal to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside and at the same time to visit the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano ) and the charming Chianti villages.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 200 m.

New "tavern" with cozy seating area with large fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (2 large refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, large stove also suitable for cooking lessons, Nespresso coffe maker, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer), bathroom with shower.

The villa is fantastic with tons of outdoor space to mingle and the pool area is beautiful. Met the owners and they're incredibly nice and gracious. The manage is just fantastic and extremely helpful. Our only negative was we were there post Sept 1st and they shut the AC off in the bedrooms overnight. They all just became too warm during the night and would suggest the AC stays on later in the year. Know it's a "recommendation" by the EU to not run them at night after 9-1 but the guests should have the option. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely rent the villa again.

Von der Abwicklung, über den Empfang, über die perfekt ausgestattete Villa, die wunderschönen Zimmer, alles mit viel Liebe und Style eingerichtet, den Bäckerservice, Cincia die jederzeit erreichbar war, bis zur Verabschiedung mit Abrechnung - alles einfach 1A***** TOP! Ich hatte mit meinem Töchtern, Enkeln und Schwiegersöhnen hammermässige Familienferien! alles nur 1000% zu empfehlen.

Our family had a wonderfull week at this property just outside Montaione. The property is very well maintained, clean and well equipped. On top of that a efficient mosquito system that keep them more or less away. Close to supermarket. Disappointing that aircon was not set up in a efficient way that resulted in very warm nights. Also disappointing to be charged 100 euros for mandatory cleaning for a very small dog. (read the small letters before ordering a dog)

We are a family of six adults and five children and spent two weeks in april-may 2022 in the six rooms of Villa Amadeo. One of the adults is wheelchair bound. She stayed in the yellow room, which is fully adapted, equipped with a hospital bed and a shower wheelchair. No obstacles. A swimming-pool elevator and a wheelchair lift at the entrance made her stay as relaxing as possible.
It was very apparent that the owners wanted very much to learn from our experiences. Any small problems we encountered were solved almost instantly.
We all, but especially the children, enjoyed the swimming pool very much. As well as Andrea's pizza party!
The house and garden are a showcase of creativity and good taste. Every day we heard and saw bee-eaters, nightingales, serins, warblers and many other birds. The mesmerizing villages and scenery of Tuscany did the rest. We had a wonderful time.

Mit vielen Freunden hatten wir hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Wir haben uns die schöne Gegend angeguckt und gegrillt und Pizza gebacken, was sehr viel Spass gemacht hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und das ganze Grundstück sehr gepflegt.

Schöne Osterferien in der Toskana mit 2 Familien und Kindern. Wir haben alles genutzt (Tischtennis, Bocciabahn, Billard) und waren sogar schwimmen. Danach haben wir uns am Kamin aufgewärmt in ganz wundervoller Atmosphäre.

This property is in an ideal location close to charming little towns, Chianti's vineyards and well within reach of some of the best cities in Tuscany. The house is spacious, very well maintained and affords a number of picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The pool is fabulous as well. Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations.
