Lovely holiday rural house for rent with swimming pool on the hills of Tuscany, near the town of San Casciano dei Bagni.
Located in the southern area of the province of Siena, close to the pretty Orcia Valley, this beautiful holiday home rental with shared swimming pool is the ideal starting point to discover the beauties of Tuscany and the nearby Umbria.
Casa Olivia occupies part of a carefully restored farmhouse (to guarantee the privacy of the guests, the other half of the building is currently empty and used as a storage space) and is provided with a garden and a large, panoramic and shared swimming pool.
The owners take care of the guests when required and follow the large surrounding family farming estate (with vineyards, olive trees, woods).
Within a short drive from the vacation rental, there are several attractive hamlets and villages such as Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani and the famous area of Crete Senesi, stretching from the provinces of Siena and Arezzo until Mount Amiata (1738m above the sea level).
San Casciano dei Bagni, with famous thermal springs and spas, is just 12km away from the property.
The house is accessed via an unpaved road of around 1.5km.

This is an awesome holiday house! It was perfect for the 6 of us. Good location with all the beautiful little medieval towns within 1 hr drive. Beautiful location, the environment was super nice, amazing view from the terrace, great pool to relax, cosy spacious apartment with everything you need. Olivia, the owner, was super friendly and incredibly helpful. We loved the little attentions (pasta, water, wine, passata, biscuits,...) when we arrived completely exhausted from the long drive. We will definitely come back !

Our stay at Casa Olivia exceeded expectations! The owner Olivia and her son Jackamo were very welcoming and available if we had any questions. The cucina was well stocked with cookware and the A/C was a luxury during the heatwave. The pool was refreshing and the view was spectacular. The town of Piazze has a great market, and the butcher shop was amazing!

Fantastic villa and beautiful location. Clean, very quiet and well equipped villa. Amazing kitchen to eat and live. Good solid matrasses. Nice pool but suffered a lot of insects. Nice places to visit nearby the villa in a circle of 20 minutes driving time.

Très belle propriété avec vue large et magnifique sur l'Ombrie.
L'espace disponible est très grand qu'on évoque la piscine, les chambres, living, salle à manger et cuisine. Nous étions trois couples parfaitement à l'aise avec suffisamment d'intimité pour chacun.
Ne pas oublier de noter les coordonnées GPS pour se rendre sur place : la propriété est au bout de 1,5km d'un chemin de terre battue et ne figure pas sur tous les systèmes de guidage. Cela contribue sans doute à préserver son calme.
La réservation s'est faite sans aucun problème. Posarelli Villas est efficace : rappel à temps et heure pour les versements et envoi sans tarder d'un voucher.
Bons souvenirs en ce qui nous concerne.

Overall very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. The view from the pool is great, as is the whole pool area. We were a bit troubled by a low frequency noise from below one of the bedrooms - that was the only downside with our stay. Olivia was very friendly and welcoming.

Wir hatten Mitte Mai eine traumhafte Woche in der CASA OLIVIA. Wir wurden herzlich von einer tollen Gastgeberin empfangen, die uns immer mit guten Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite stand. Die großzügige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines riesigen Steinhauses und ist absolut geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Große bequeme Betten, moderne Bäder, eine riesige perfekt ausgestattete Küche und ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit kamin. Man kann aber auch ganz gemütlich in der Küche sitzen und essen. Wir haben mehrmals ein Feuer in dem gut funktionierenden Kamin gemacht und dafür immer reichlich trockenes Holz auf dem großen Grundstück gefunden. Sonst hätte es aber auch Holzvorräte direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, war super sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts noch zweimal geputzt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls groß und traumhaft gelegen und ist natürlich noch ein zusätzliches Highlight des Hauses. Obwohl die Vermieterfamilie mit auf dem Grundstück lebt waren wir sowohl im Haus als auch am Pool die ganze Zeit über völlig ungestört. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist in Piazze nur 3km entfernt und ein größerer in Fabro in 11km Entfernung. Fazit: Traumhaus, mit tollem Pool und hervorragender Ausstattung in großartiger Umgebung. Das alles noch gepaart mit tollen Gastgebern und vielen tollen Ausflugszielen in der Nahe Umgebung. Und fällt nichts ein, was hier noch besser sein könnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
